Since more than three decades the founder mr.sc. Besnik Z. Nikqi, lawyer has been constantly involved in insurance claims activities and has furthermore raeleased several on-topic publications in this field. In 1990 was established the company IIC Assistance Prishtina, with the main focus on insurance loss adjusting, being the first company in this specific field on South Eastern Europe. Ever since our main activity was to offer specialized services regarding the green card motor insurance and recourse claims.

In 2002 IIC Assistance was nominated by UNMIK and appointed by CBK (Central Bank of Kosovo) as a CSO (Claims Servicing Office) in accordance with the CoB Brussels decision for a temporary solution regarding Kosovo within the International Green Card System. Given the fact of delay and obstacles for Kosovo membership in CoB Brussels, since 2012 activity was further focused mainly on insurance legal services and litigation in Kosovo for direct or subrogation insurance claims, under the “ICS Assistance Prishtina” L.L.C. Prishtina

Due to the demands of European insurers for experienced and trustworthy accompaniment, ICS Assistance offers international legal services through its Partners to the neighboring countries at ; Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. For  these countries, as in Kosovo, we can rely on a network of approved multi-lingual claims professionals – lawyers, medical specialists, claim adjusters and surveyors.

The company is proud to have helped many aggrieved parties to their rights in thousands of claims and to have successfully settled reimbursement insurance claims for most of the big European insurers.
